Transform Your Life: Uncover Your Flourish Prototype

What’s your PROTOTYPE?

You’ve heard it a thousand times: “Bloom where you’re planted.”

It sounds motivational. Logical, even.

But can I be honest with you?

That advice has kept a lot of women stuck. Maybe even you.

Because here’s what nobody talks about: in the same way you can’t force a cactus to thrive in a swamp, or an orchid to flourish in the desert, you can’t expect yourself to grow in conditions that were never meant for you.

The problem isn’t you. It’s your soil.

I spent years thinking something was wrong with me. Turns out I was just like a palm tree trying to grow in the Arctic.

My Wanderer Story

I had what most people would call a “good government job.” Great benefits. Interesting opportunities. I even got to live and work overseas at one point.

On paper? I was winning.

But I was never fulfilled. I never felt like I was in a position or environment where I could bring the best of myself to the table.

So I did what a lot of driven women do — I kept moving. Different jobs. Different opportunities. Different cities. Each move felt like a fresh start… until the same feelings showed up again.

I remember being overseas, thinking: “The only thing I would change about this opportunity is the job itself.”

That’s when I knew the problem wasn’t the location. It wasn’t the role. It wasn’t even my effort. It was the soil. But I didn’t have that language yet. So I just kept wandering.

The emotional cost? Feeling like I had wasted years. Feeling like I had given other people too much influence over my decisions. Working an entire career and never feeling a sense of real accomplishment or belonging. Never feeling like I truly fit anywhere.

It wasn’t until I worked with a transition coach who said something that shifted everything after I shared with her my feelings of displacement: “All of your experiences have led you to exactly where you need to be.” I wasn’t lost all those years, I was gathering.

And when I reframed the issue as soil — not me — everything changed.

I felt empowered. I finally felt like there was something I could own and like I had something I could offer to others in the form of this framework.

The Four Flourish Prototypes

Over years of working with women in midlife, I’ve identified four patterns — four ways we end up planted in depleted soil.

I call them the Flourish Prototypes.

These aren’t personality types. They’re not labels that box you in.

Your prototype isn’t who you are. It’s who you became to cope. And coping got you here — but it won’t get you there.

See which one resonates with you the most…

🌵 The Settler

The Settler made peace with less than she wanted.

At some point, you convinced yourself that “good enough” was enough. You traded dreams for stability. You told yourself that wanting more was ungrateful or unrealistic.

You’re like a cactus surviving in drought conditions — resilient, yes. But rationing your joy, your desires, your own life.

The Settler’s soil is depleted because she stopped asking for what she actually needs.

🌳 The Shrinker

The Shrinker learned to be smaller to fit the spaces you found herself in.

You dim your light before anyone can tell you it’s too bright. You hold back opinions. You hide gifts. You make yourself easier to digest.

You’re like a bonsai tree — capable of being a mighty oak, but pruned into something contained and decorative.

The Shrinker’s soil is depleted because there’s no room to grow.

🌲 The People Pleaser

The People Pleaser shaped her entire life around everyone else’s needs.

You give and give until there’s nothing left. You’ve lost yourself in being useful. Everyone comes to you for shade, but nobody thinks to water your roots.

You’re like the barren Fruit Tree — hollowed out, depleted, nothing left but a stump where a bountiful tree once stood.

The People Pleaser’s soil is depleted because all the nutrients go to everyone else.

🌾 The Wanderer

The Wanderer kept moving, hoping the next place would feel right.

You’ve been searching — for the right career, relationship, city, purpose — but you can’t seem to land. You touch down everywhere but root nowhere.

You’re like a tumbleweed, rolling through life, gathering experiences but never planting.

The Wanderer’s soil isn’t depleted — it’s undefined. You haven’t found the right environment to figure out what conditions you actually need.

Which One Are You?

Most women are a blend of two. And that’s okay.

What matters is that you finally have language for what you’ve been feeling.

Because when you understand how you’ve been surviving, you can finally start choosing to thrive.

Why Advice Hasn’t Worked

This is also why so much advice hasn’t worked for you.

You’ve read the books. Done the journals. Maybe even hired another coach or therapist.

And some of it helped… for a while.

But if the advice doesn’t account for your specific pattern, it’s like giving the same gardening instructions to a cactus, an orchid, a bonsai, and a tumbleweed.

It doesn’t work. Because you don’t need generic advice.

You need to know what kind of plant you are — and what soil you need to flourish.

Your Next Step

That’s exactly why I created the free Prototype Assessment.

It’s 25 questions and takes about 10 minutes. At the end, you’ll be given the results to help you identify your primary prototype — plus what it means for your path forward.

You’re Not Broken. You Need to be Repotted.

Here’s what I want you to walk away with today:

You’re not broken. You’re not “too much” or “not enough.” You’re not late. You’re just now ready — and that’s exactly the right time.

Surviving is an accomplishment; you should be commended for making it this far. But at some point, you have to ask yourself if it’s a sustainable long-term plan.

You don’t have to destroy the whole garden or throw away the plant to build something better. Sometimes you just need to change the soil.

Ready to Replant?

If you’re done guessing and ready to start growing, The Flourish Framework is how you do it.

It’s a complete, action-driven toolkit — including the Prototype Assessment, deep-dive profiles, a Soil Identification Workbook, fear and objection worksheets, and a 7-Day Replanting Challenge.

In just one week, you’ll go from stuck and confused to clear and planted. It’s the perfect starting point to go from flailing to flourishing.
